Good Asian Drivers Tour

Week 1 - Swarthmore, Pennsylvania to Washington D.C. to Columbia, Maryland to Ann Arbor, Michigan to Chicago, Illinois. The Good Asian Drivers spend their first 6 days on the road performing for a energetic crowd at Olde Club (Swarthmore College), eating vegan desserts at Sticky Fingers, and hitting the stage at a cozy coffeehouse Savor the Flavor in Chicago, Illinois. Good Asian Drivers pull up to Boston College, where they fed us till we almost exploded, University of New Hampshire, where there are hotels in the forest, and Tufts, where we had more Chinese food than we’d ever need.

Our apologies for long overdue blogs, we’ve been on the road and getting ready for our cross-country leg. But these past few weeks have been amazing starting with the end of March and the University of Springfield IL. You can watch a clip of our time there which was full of hilarious moments of car breakdowns and missing our flight.

The audience was great that night and we had dinner afterwards with the queer org who cooked dinner and bought tofutti cuties which was awesome! I got to reconnect with an old friend Beth who is amazing and doing wonderful things at the University with student life and the queer groups. The drive up to the school was full of cornfields and soy fields along with pro-gun signs which really gave us a good laugh since for the past few months people have been telling us that we should be carrying a gun for protective purposes. Ok we FINALLY fnished a new music video to Melissa’s song ”Such a Nice Guy” we spent so long on this one and Melissa is sleep deprived and I am broken hearted.

So I get burned by some one for the third time in a row and I am crying as I’m writing this.
